Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BrainyKids, we believe in complete transparency and student satisfaction. Please review our fair cancellation terms:

1. Easy 1-Click Subscription Cancellation

Parents and students may cancel their monthly subscription (₹100/month) at any time directly from their Student Dashboard with a single click. There are no mandatory contracts or lock-in periods.

2. Access Upon Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to all daily tests up to your cancellation date. Future daily tests will be paused immediately. You can reactivate anytime with 1-click re-enrollment.

3. Refund Policy

- If you were charged due to a technical error, duplicate deduction, or unauthorized transaction, notify us at brainykidowner@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge for a full 100% refund.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
